As the creators of the portal we also use the Internet and so we do care about privacy of the Users of our service. We want to make sure that the Users feel comfortably and safely as far as their data managing and sharing is concerned. Centrum Rozwiązań Systemowych, which administrates personal data of the portal protects personal data provided by Users, in particular, the information is protected from unauthorized access.

ChallengeSD.eu ensures Users rights following from the personal data protection act from August 29, 1997 (Journal f Laws of 1997, No 133, item 883). Portal ensures the right to view Users’ personal data, demand its modification or deletion and the right to object in cases specified in that act. Users’ personal data collection was reported to the personal Data Protection General Oficer.

Personal data collected during the registration process

To be able to fully participate in the service user needs to register on the portal by creating an account. To do that, User provides his or her name, surname, email address and the password which will be the access password to the User account.

Data collected automatically may be used by us to analyze traffic on the website or  to collect demographic data about our visitors.

Data collected as a result of correspondence between you and our service shall be used only to Exchange information between User and Administration of the Portal.

DATA PROCESSING BY ADMINISTRATION

Right to verify, modify and delete personal data

Personal data (always name, surname, e-mail address, information about created groups, blogs, entries) are necessary to create user account and contact other users.

Use of personal data

Data is accessible on User profile after User logged in (name and surname). Each change on User account will be confirmed automatically by Administration via e mail. User has a right to monitor his or her personal data.

Content of Groups, Blogs, Microblogs

Content is visible depending on the kind of group – entries can be seen by those who have an access to certain groups.

Administration holds no responsibility for privacy policy of websites to which User is directed from ChallengeSD.eu.

DELETION OF PERSONAL DATA OR BLOCKING THE ACCOUNT BY ADMINISTRATION

To avoid re-registration of users whose accounts have been blocked or who lost access to use the Portal, Administration has a right to deny deleting certain data.

DELETION OF AN ACCOUNT BY USER

Deletion of the account by User is voluntary, may take place at any moment and terminate the cooperation between User and Administration. To delete your account contact Administration.

PASSING PERSONAL DATA BY ADMINISTRATION TO THIRD PARTY

Personal data of Users shall not be passed on, disclosed or sold to any third party unless it is licit. Administration has a right to disclose (solely upon a written application or on the basis of agreement on cooperation between Portal and the third party) User’s personal data when the disclosure protects right, copyright or comply with a judicial proceeding. Entity who puts forward such a motion is obliged to prove proprietary copyright (or other) to a product or service. Administration may also licitly disclose data on User request or approval, or on request of organs of state. In case of violation of the Statute or violation of law, data may be disclosed to body of justice. User data may also be disclosed for Inspector General of Personal Data in accordance with Personal Data protection Act.

PRIVACY POLICY AMENDMENTS

Administration reserves the right to modify or amend Privacy Policy by publishing a new version hereof.

ADMINISTRATION AND USER CONTACT

User can contact Administration via e-mail or via the form sent by a logged User. Registration or change of the password shall be confirmed by Administration via e-mail.
